  • Technical Issues: If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing course materials, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase. If the issue cannot be resolved, we will offer a full refund.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Please note that the following are non-refundable:

  • Downloaded Materials: Once you have downloaded any course materials, including PDF guides or other resources, no refund will be provided.
  • Course Access After 7 Days: If more than 7 days have passed since your purchase, or if you’ve accessed the majority of course content, refunds will not be issued.

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order details and the reason for your refund request.
